OneBox is delivered between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM. Timing may vary slightly based on office location, but we always aim to reach you before your break begins.
To receive your OneBox the next day, simply confirm your order by 11:45 PM the night before.
Once the order is placed, your OneBox cannot be modified.
OneBox is designed for same-day consumption. Fresh food should preferably be consumed within 3 hours, but components like the Dry Snack and Functional Nutrition Product may last longer.
The OneBox is curated by a clinical dietitian and aligned with ICMR–NIN guidelines to ensure balanced, goal-driven nourishment that supports focus, energy, and performance at work.
